ConnexPay entered the travel payments space with a breakthrough idea: combine customer payment acceptance and supplier virtual card issuance into one seamless, real-time platform. Their technology was innovative, their market response strong, and their ambitions clear. What they needed was a brand identity that reflected the same level of sophistication and clarity as their product.
When I began consulting with ConnexPay’s marketing team, my focus was on building a more cohesive and professional brand presence. The first step was creating a detailed brand standards guide that established consistency across typography, color, logo usage, and tone. At the same time, I refined the ConnexPay logo to improve its clarity, balance, and usability across formats without compromising the existing brand equity.
I also partnered closely with the team to shape their messaging. ConnexPay’s offering is unique, but it needed to be communicated with precision. We clarified core differentiators like real-time payment orchestration, unified reconciliation, and their patented Intelligent PayOuts feature, ensuring those strengths came through across all marketing materials.
This foundation extended into real-world applications. I designed and developed several trade show booths and event installations that brought the brand to life in immersive, professional ways. We also produced thematic videos to support these events, spotlighting use cases and demonstrating the technology in action.
Supporting collateral played a key role as well. I helped craft print advertisements, branded sales materials, and promotional products that reflected the refined brand identity. Presentation templates were created to ensure consistency in internal and client-facing decks, and we rolled out coordinated email campaigns that aligned both visually and strategically with the broader marketing goals.
The results of this collaboration were clear. ConnexPay now presents a unified, credible, and confident image across all channels. Their presence at industry events is more impactful, digital and print campaigns are more cohesive, and the internal teams are better equipped to communicate the brand effectively.
