Overview

When Hellastorm first came to us at Atomic Wash, they had built something truly innovative—a proprietary streaming system capable of managing Hyperscale Data Movement across video, IoT, and big data platforms. The technology was impressive, but it lacked a cohesive brand identity to match its potential. As Creative Director, I led the charge to define and craft a brand that could stand confidently in a rapidly evolving space.

From the outset, my goal was to position Hellastorm as a leader in hyperscale capture and streaming, especially as the demand for high-volume data delivery surged across industries like entertainment, defense, and industrial tech. To do that, we began by developing a comprehensive Brand Blueprint. This was more than just a branding exercise—it was an intensive strategy phase that allowed us to distill the essence of Hellastorm’s identity and shape a brand voice that was bold, clear, and disruptive.

A major part of my focus was leading the logo development. I conducted a deep exploration of visual directions, presenting multiple logo concepts that were both meaningful and strategically aligned with Hellastorm’s mission. It was a highly collaborative process, and through stakeholder workshops and iterative refinement, we landed on a final mark that resonated across the board—something that not only captured the spirit of the company but also instilled confidence and alignment among the team.

With the brand foundation in place, our team built a dynamic website designed to simplify Hellastorm’s complex capabilities and bring the new identity to life. I ensured the creative stayed tightly aligned with the brand we had defined—clear messaging, intuitive UX, and strong calls to action throughout.

The result? The internal team rallied behind the new identity, becoming genuine ambassadors of the brand. Externally, the launch sparked real attention—from media outlets to industry leaders—positioning Hellastorm as a serious player in the hyperscale data space. It was a rewarding journey from strategy to execution.
